1. Purchase Policy

• All orders are processed in the order they are received.

• Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

• Processing times typically range from 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

• Please ensure your shipping and billing information is accurate, as we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Because digital products cannot be returned, all downloads are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or delivered. This includes:

• eBooks

• Printable resources

• Digital devotionals

• PDF guides

• Any other downloadable content

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:

• You purchased the same item twice by mistake

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened (and we cannot resolve the issue)

• A technical error on our side prevented delivery

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

5. Usage Rights

Digital downloads are for personal use only and may not be resold, distributed, or shared publicly.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase. Personalized, digital, and final-sale items are non-returnable.

• Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please notify us within 7 days of delivery for replacement of damaged or incorrect items.
